I must say today was a great workout. I made it through my week one with sweat and tears. It was hard but I can tell that this week will yeild improvement. I have know the first time I did this work out I thought I had to stop every few seconds and that was the warm up. Now I am find that I am able to make it throug the workouts a little longer before i need a rest. Which is great news for me. I have my fit test in a week and that willl definelty show what improvements I have made. I am taking the time to breathe better this time around. My power jumps and jacks are a little more powerful than last week and I am able to do a couple more of each. I am feeling good about myself and my accomplishment. I will continue to keep pushing it. I have PURE Cardio tomorrow!! So I have to go and ice and water up for tomorrow. jk on the ice part but I am scared of pure cardio but i have to slay this dragon and push myself!
